Privacy policy

How ecommercecraft.com handles contact messages, analytics consent and hosting data, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

Controller: Oleksii Horban, Valencia, Spain. Email: oleksii.gorban@gmail.com.

What is collected and why

Contact form. Name, email, optional company and your message are sent to me by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) so that I can answer you. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data about your browser to tell humans from bots. Messages are kept in my mailbox for as long as our conversation or engagement requires, at most three years, then deleted. If email delivery fails, the message is written to the site’s Cloudflare Worker logs so that it is not lost; those logs are visible only to me and are deleted automatically by Cloudflare within seven days.

Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) records which pages are visited, with IP anonymization enabled. No analytics cookie is set until you click “Allow” in the consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page: it deletes the stored choice and the analytics cookies and shows the banner again.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes connection data (IP address, request headers) to deliver and protect the site and keeps short-lived logs.

Booking a call. “Book a call” links open Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA), which handles the booking under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent to Cal.com unless you follow the link.

Transfers outside the EU. Resend, Cloudflare, Google and Cal.com may process data in the USA. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Contact form: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Hosting and security: legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

This policy may change when the site changes. The current version is always at this address.
