In detail
Most Adobe Commerce stores grow by accretion. A module for a promotion, an integration for a new warehouse, a patch for a deadline. After a few years nobody can say with confidence what talks to what, or which change will break checkout.
An architecture review gives you that picture before you spend money on the next big decision. I read the code, the configuration, the hosting setup and the integrations with ERP, payments and fulfillment, and I map how orders, products and customers actually move through the system.
The result is not a list of everything that could be better. It is a short, ranked plan: what to fix now, what to leave alone, and what to decide before the next project starts.
I started doing this work in Magento’s original Expert Consulting Group, and I do it today for MarketNation, where I advise on architecture, performance and code-review standards for a deeply customized Adobe Commerce build. After 17 years on the platform, I can tell quickly which problems are known and which are new.
