B2B and multi-channel

One catalog across wholesale, marketplaces and your own store. A B2B site on Adobe Commerce, with stock and orders in sync on every channel.

Who this is for

  • Brands selling direct, wholesale and on marketplaces from separate systems that disagree on stock
  • Merchants on Adobe Commerce who need wholesale buyers served without a second platform
  • Teams whose overselling, manual order entry or price drift grows with every new channel

What you get

  • One source of truth for products

Catalog, prices and stock owned in one place and pushed to every channel, not edited by hand in seven back offices.

  • A wholesale site that fits how you sell

Company accounts, tiered pricing, a B2B catalog and checkout flows built on Adobe Commerce, next to your retail store.

  • Marketplaces connected, not bolted on

Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop or Faire added one at a time, with orders flowing back to one place.

  • A map of every data flow

Which system owns what, which way data moves and what happens when a sync fails, written down for your team.

How it works

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

    Map

Channels, systems and data owners on one diagram, with the gaps that cost money marked.

  2. Channel by channel

    Build

The B2B site and each integration shipped in turn, so one channel never blocks the rest.

  3. Ongoing

    Run

Monitoring on syncs and stock levels, and a clear owner for every failure.

In detail

Selling on more channels is easy to start and hard to run. Each marketplace has its own catalog rules, its own order format and its own idea of what is in stock. Add a wholesale business on top and you have tiered prices and company buyers that a retail checkout was never built for.

Since 2020 I have been the fractional solution architect for Teabloom. I designed their multi-channel architecture across seven channels: Amazon FBA, Magento, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay and Faire, with catalog and inventory integration through GeekSeller and Finale Inventory. I also architected and built their dedicated B2B wholesale site on Adobe Commerce, with company accounts, tiered pricing and a separate B2B catalog and checkout.

The approach is the same for every merchant. Decide which system owns products, stock, prices and orders. Connect each channel to those owners, not to each other. Add channels one at a time, and only once the previous one runs without manual fixes.

Where an ERP or accounting system is involved, I have connected Adobe Commerce to NetSuite, SAP, custom ERPs, ShipStation and QuickBooks. You get one owner for each record, channels that stay in step, and a wholesale channel that grows without a second platform.
